Olutil (Legal Tools) provides free, browser-based generators that assemble general-purpose legal template documents — such as an NDA, lease, employment contract, privacy policy, terms of service, disclaimer, power of attorney or will — from information you enter. All processing runs locally in your browser.
The tools and their output are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. The templates are generic and may not be suitable for your situation or jurisdiction, and the law differs from place to place and changes over time. Always have a licensed lawyer review any document before you sign, publish or rely on it. You are solely responsible for the documents you produce and use.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to create documents for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter.
The site, its design and its software are owned by Olutil or its licensors. You may use the generated template text freely for your own documents. You may not resell or redistribute the site itself as your own product.
The service is supported by advertising and may offer optional paid features. Third-party ad networks may set cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Fees for any paid feature are shown at checkout.
